Bring everything you've got! Shorts bursts of high intensity exercises followed by short rests, designed to keep the heart rate pumping, calories burning, improves aerobic & anaerobic endurance.

FULL BODY FLEX

Strength training paired with light cardio & plyometrics designed to burn body fat, build muscle - targeting all muscle groups, giving your body a final once over to celebrate the end of the week.

The Club offer two different yoga classes: Flow into Balance: a vinyasa style balancing of yin & yang energy. & Moon Stretch: a slow deep stretch to lengthen muscles & increase flexibility.

Upper body strength training focused on carving out muscle in all areas of the arms, upper back & special attention to the torso & complete core.

Low impact offers no jumping and is great for a myriad of reasons: 
- Focusing on form &/or muscle engagement & activation
- Lifting heavier weights
- Recover from injury 
- Pregnancy & Post Partum (always speak to your care provider first to determine what type of exercise is right for YOU.)
