Thank you for joining the SURVIVOR Sweat Challenge & prioritizing your body, mind & soul. You can do this. We're going to do it together.

CHALLENGE DETAILS: APRIL 17 - MAY 7, 2023 -- 3 WEEKS X 5 CLASSES PER WEEK

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:

- Yoga Mat

- Dumbbells

- Step/Bench/something safe & sturdy to step up on like a coffee table or kitchen chair at least 16" high

- Resistance band optional but recommended & we have some cute ones available in the Shop.

 The Challenge week runs from Monday to Sunday so you can do your 5 classes anytime during the full week. The classes are recommended to be done in order as per the recommended program.

- LIVE Classes are at 7am PST on our IG account story OR you can complete classes from the IG Library anytime that suits your schedule. Current week's classes are also saved to the "Rec Week" Highlight found on IG.

TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS CHALLENGE *very important*:- FOLLOW THE RECOMMENDED WORKOUT PROGRAM, 5 x 30 mins classes x 3 weeks. The Recommended Program is pinned in the Club IG account.- After each class, post a sweaty selfie or your tracker (attached) & tag @namastaysweatyclub. Alternatively, send me via DM your sweaty selfie or tracker after each class.- DM ME YOUR COMPLETED TRACKER ONCE YOU COMPLETE THE CHALLENGE FOR THE PRIZE DRAW

Prize draw will be held Monday, May 8 via @namastaywithtay stories.
